DrawbridgeBPO has been offering Business Process Outsourcing for over 10 years. Founded by Lane Sefton, who was an expat living in China, the company brought together the benefits of cost effective employees and western business management processes. Since then, Mr. Sefton has returned to Canada and now the company has remote employees spread across three countries.
